Client Testimonials

I cannot recommend Chelsey enough. She was our first, and to date by far and away most helpful support person as we built a team for our daughter. She took a gentle, creative, flexible approach with her that meshed perfectly with her personality and needs. She seemed to understand her in a way no one else had before, and she was a tremendous support and encouragement for me as a mom as well. I referred to "Chelsey's magic touch" on several occasions. Chelsey is not only a highly competent and knowledgeable OT, she's intuitive, compassionate and empathetic.

We loved working with Chelsey! She started us off with some parent questionnaires which led us to discover our daughter suffered from sensory processing challenges. This was a lightbulb moment for us after months of searching for answers and provided so much clarity and validation after other professionals had missed these cues.

We met one-on-one both in person and over the phone to discuss strategies, coping skills and ways we could help our daughter long term. She provided specific homework for us to work on in between sessions. The sessions were in the comfort of our home and she arrived with bags of resources and supplies for each session. She guided our daughter through numerous hands-on activities and even allowed us to borrow materials in between sessions to incorporate into our daily routines.

Chelsey also made recommendations for products we could buy for our daughter, many of which she brought for us to try in our home so we could see if it might work for us before purchasing. My daughter looked forward to each session since it felt like playtime for her. Even after we stopped working with her (due to a move), she made a point to check in on how our daughter was doing months later. Highly recommend!

a note from our founder :

Maybe you find yourself here, already experiencing many sunny days with your kids, but when the rainy days come, they are hard! I see you.

Maybe you're in a time of endless rain and
everything feels hard.
You’re not sure when or if you'll see the sun and you're not ready to embrace where you're at. I get it. I see you.

Maybe your child already has a diagnosis, is grappling with a new challenge or barrier. Maybe you're in a time of waiting. . . questioning and asking yourself:

How can I better help and support my child?

I want you to know that a diagnosis does not need to limit or define your child.

You can absolutely learn how best to help and support them.

Maybe you're not really sure how you feel, but you're longing for more sunny days, more days where the rain happens, but you can embrace it and make the most of it. More joy-filled puddle jumping! More peace when you feel like you're drowning.
More clarity in the chaos when your mind resembles a hurricane rather than a still pond.

We believe you can have a more authentically connected, empathetic, and
supportive family that doesn't just survive, but thrives.
We would love to help you make that a reality.
